Challenging Prayer

The last illustration was to ask four pastors to lay down on the floor to make the shape of a cross with their hands at the center. Then I challenged the group to join us as an act of repentance for ill feelings toward others and as an act of identification with Christ. We lay like that for a few minutes. Previously, when I asked Dr. Oduro whether or not I should do it, he didn't think they would understand what I was asking of them, but as we were driving home he said that "They do that in this church." God is amazing.
