Profile of Mr. Nicholas Kwakye

Nicholas Kwakye

I come from Anomabu in the Central Region of Ghana and a General Secretary of the Church of Melchizedek. I enrolled at Good News in the year 1982 and graduated in 1985. I learnt many interesting topics under the tutelage of the then expatriate directors, Mad Erma Grove, Dr Robert Kraay and his wife, Patricia.
I was engaged at Good News as a messenger in 1986 by the then director, Dr Robert Kraay. Whilst there, I learnt many things that helped me later in life. Under the seminary’s staff development programme, I was sponsored to do General Certificate Examinations (Ordinary & Advance Levels). As a result I became the secretary of the seminary in 1995 and subsequently the accounts clerk from 1997 to 2002. Presently, I am the General Service Officer responsible for the maintenance of the seminary’s properties.

I am married to Doris. We have three children –Thelma (14), Kenneth (7), and Lawrencia (4). I am aspiring to be an IT Technician to take care of all the seminary’s computers and communication equipment. I pray that the almighty God will help me realize my dream.
